This will reduce stressful situations and harmful health effects that negative stress can bring on the body.
Five Steps Self-Coaching:
S: What I See/Sense is…. (breath with your heart)
A: What I Appreciate about that is…. (staying in the heart)
R: What that Reveals to me is…. (let your heart speak)
A: I Am…. (give the gift of greatness/applause)
H: Heart…. (take one more breath with your heart)
